It has 50 m² of terrace, barbecue, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private swimming pool, outdoor parking, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).

The independent kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

- ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
In the event of complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in your group, or exceeding the number of occupants allowed in the dwelling.
The owner has the right to expel the customer and all guests from the apartment, either during the day or night, without giving any refund. The amount already paid for the reservation and damage deposit.
