"Had a free weekend with the girlies during our month-long study abroad trip, and we could not have made a better choice than Tiki Villas!! The hotel staff, the view, the pool and spa services—absolutely no complaints from any of us. From the get go, we were treated so kindly; Nancy upgraded our hotel room when we arrived so we’d have more space, and the room was lovely. We had an indoor AND outdoor shower, and a balcony with a view of the ocean. It’s genuinely the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The restaurant staff were also so kind and patient considering we’re a group of girls who are fairly new to speaking Spanish, and they always met us halfway (or more) with communication! The food and drinks were always amazing. They gave me a bag of dry rice when my phone got soaked at Parque Nacional Marino Ballena, and I was so grateful. They went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and did not need anything. I definitely hope to return one day and stay for much longer. Two days was not enough. Tiki Villas has definitely been solidified as one of my best experiences in Costa Rica, and I genuinely don’t know how anywhere else I go will be able to top this place!"

"We loved everything about the property. Joe and Keith were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful slice of paradise. There are 4 separate lodges each very well appointed with wonderful views over the Uvita landscape. Natures edge is set high up on the hillside in a secluded spot surrounded by lots of flora and fauna. We saw lots of bird life and were woken by howler monkeys! The lodge had a small useful kitchenette with full cooking facilities available at the pool. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and served around the pool each morning. The one morning we had an early excursion Joe brought us the most delicious banana bread and fruit smoothie to take with us. We would highly recommend Natures Edge to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you Joe and Keith for all your hospitality, it was lovely to meet you both."

"My husband and two sons, ages 13 and 17, had a wonderful long weekend at Casa Vidrio. The house is truly all glass which allows for fantastic views of the treetops and sea. My sons were fine in their own separate part of the house. The drive from town is a very bumpy windy 15-20 min. We enjoyed the views and quiet, but it did require extra planning because once we were down the hill, we were pretty much gone for the day. The whales tale beach is right nearby and we enjoyed Playa Hermosa as well. The concierge team made check in and recommendations so easy. We can’t wait to come back to Uvita!"
