Excellent. Everything was clean and beautifully appointed. We had everything we needed at our finger tips, coffee, creamer and two bottles of wine. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this remarkable casita. The attention to detail throughout the home was amazing. The location was a convenient and easy drive to many locales in Santa Fe and easy walking distance to hiking trails. We very much enjoyed our two days there and hope to be back.

This house is so adorable. Two bedrooms and bathrooms and a combined living and kitchen. Great location. We traveled with our two dogs and there is a fenced in yard. Excellent spot!

Everything was exactly as pictured in the app. Nice hosts and cool location and views. The night sky is beautiful here- tons of stars. They are pet friendly, so we lucked out when we found this place.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Yvonne and Bill's guest home. Matter of fact, we rated it as one of the best family vacations we've had!! Bill met us upon arrival and gave us a brief overview of the property which was helpful. They thought of everything to make our stay extra special for the Christmas Holiday. They even had a sweet Christmas tree set up which made Santa's job much easier. We highly recommend this property! Close to numerous trails with gorgeous views of the mountains, and wonderful hosts! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this adorable Casita. So cozy and perfect to be near Santa Fe but also feel remote. We did a puzzle, read, and went to see the Santa Fe tree lighting (10 minutes away in the Plaza).The hosts were nice as well. Definitely would stay here again. Would note- the kitchen matches and "small and cozy" design and, while we made meals, it isn't meant for extensive cooking.

We selected this property to have the experience of staying in an authentic Casita while we were in Santa Fe. While of newer construction, the attention to detail in the construction, furnishings and decor were nothing short of spectacular. Our host was most congenial and provided excellent recommendations for our stay. We would definitely book again if in the Santa Fe area.

Stayed here with my spouse and our exchange student for 3 nights over the first weekend of balloon fiesta - and could not have asked for better! The casita was beautiful and with sufficient privacy to be comfortable. Not too big, not too small. It was located perfectly to allow us to explore Santa Fe, Taos, and have easy access for a very early morning run down to the first day of the Balloon Fiesta. Owner Bill and his family were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, coming out to great us shortly after we arrived and offering suggestions for activities and places to eat - all of which were accurate. In an era when many home rentals like this are managed by faceless property managers with onerous rules and requirements, our stay here was a breath of fresh air. My spouse and I enjoyed our time immensely, and we were so happy to share so much of New Mexico with our exchange student, who will carry memories of our time there for the rest of his life. This casita provided the perfect setting for this adventure and I would recommend it to anyone.

Charming casita located in a peaceful neighborhood. While it’s a bit removed from town, restaurants and shopping are just a short 10-minute drive away. The hosts are attentive and will make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Yvonne and Bill are lovely hosts and the casita was a perfect setting for a quiet stay to visit family. The casita is beautiful and well and thoughtfully appointed--reflecting the care that the hosts maintain. We enjoyed walking our dog on the Santa Fe trail system close to the casita. Excellent stay. We had a great stay here, nice to be able to get away from the city crowds. Bill helped me out a lot when I needed a couple things. Nice property, was great to come back to and relax after a long day of exploring northern New Mexico. Enjoy!

Our family of four plus dog spent three nights in this beautiful casita. It’s in a peaceful location with views and feels very safe. The casita has wonderful Santa Fe architectural features and is very nicely appointed. Each bedroom has a full bath. There is also full size laundry, although we didn’t use those. The friendly host, Bill, welcomed us and the two bottles of wine and coffee provided were gracious touches. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you.

Beautiful casita high over Santa Fe. Only a few minutes drive to downtown but you feel completely remote. The casita was the perfect size for two couples -- both bedrooms and baths were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The main room is living area and kitchen combined and might be a bit cramped if you plan to stay in. But who wants to stay in when there is so much to do and see in Santa Fe? Small touches made a big difference: hosts left us two bottles of wine (thank you!), great water pressure in the showers, beautiful landscaping and flowers all around. And hosts Yvonne and Bill and their two adorable golden retrievers gave us a very warm welcome. We cannot wait to go back!

My friend and I spent a week in this casita and loved everything about it. It's a beautiful place, perfectly appointed, with all the things we needed for our stay. It's convenient to downtown Santa Fe and to places up north. My friend had never been to New Mexico before and great thanks to the hosts for having a perfect place for her introduction to the area. We didn't want to leave. PS: When the hosts suggest dinner at Tesuque Village Market, you need to follow that suggestion.

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for our needs. Bill and Yvonne were the perfect host, checking on our needs and overall great hospitality! The location of the property was good, close and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Great trip and we would defiantly stay here again.
