We actually arrived 2 hours ahead of when we planned, and we met the hotel owner and got the keys within about 10 minutes. "We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. We enjoyed sitting on the sun terrace at various times throughout the day. The view is amazing. The hotel is well located for the ferry service to other towns on Lake Garda and we went out most days on an early service. The only thing we found tricky was negotiating the Shuttle Bus on our arrival as we were expecting our bus from Peschiera to go up to the historical centre but after 10am you need to take the Shuttle Bus. Apart from that, a smooth stay in a beautiful location. We would stay again. "
