Ground floor apartment located in the community of Las Velas, with views of the sea and Las Balellas, a few minutes from the main coves in the area and the beach of Sant Pol - S'Agaró.
The apartment is completely renovated, has an open kitchen and living room - dining room with access to a terrace - porch overlooking the community pool and garden, with sea views.
It has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one of them with access to the terrace and a bathroom with a shower. Dipsone Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and all the comforts, making it ideal for spending a few charming days on the Costa Brava.
It is a few minutes by car from S'Agaró, Sant Feliu or Platja d'Aro and from the main shops and services in the area.
