Nestled amidst greenery, this charming balcony apartment offers splendid sea views with outside dining.

This gorgeous apartment in the quiet part of the coastal city of Sanremo is an 8-minute walk from the shores. A modern two-bedroom apartment on the first floor with a private balcony, it comfortably accommodates a group of 6. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a vibrant open-plan living room tastefully furnished with a sofa, a dining table set and a flat-screen TV. This characteristic living area seamlessly transitions into a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer.

The living room has a French door that opens onto the spacious balcony making the apartment breezy and illuminated. The balcony has outside dining and is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meals amidst the refreshing sea breeze and stunning vistas.

It is an 8-minute walk from the beaches and enjoys proximity to a range of facilities like a playground, athletic field, rugby field, tennis club, soccer field, softball, and baseball club beachside, all within a 10-12-minute drive. Relax at the nearby beaches, just minutes away by car. Nature lovers can explore the scenic cycle path along the Ligurian River or hike the Lungomare trail (both reachable in 8 minutes on foot).
An array of restaurants at a stone’s throw away surround the apartment. For self-catering, visit the supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

For entertainment, Casino Villa La Sultana, cinemas and art theatres are reachable within a 15-minute drive. The historic centre is reachable in less than an 8-12-minute drive. The closest airport, Genova International Airport, is approximately 2 hours away.
