「I have traveled enough around the US and the world, but I have never experienced a hotel with walls this thin. Staying in Room 103, I could clearly hear every word of conversation and the television from the next room all night. When I talked to the front desk at 3:00 AM, the staff member simply replied, “The only thing we can do is just let them know.” The neighboring TV stayed on loudly until 8:00 AM, making sleep completely impossible. Poor soundproofing combined with unhelpful night staff...

「The door on room 514 wouldn’t close all the way unless you slammed it. It was left open from housekeeping after the cleaned the room. Overall Everything was nice」

「We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double queen bedroom and I was glad there were wall hooks to hang things. However, there was no microwave in the room. We were trying to make sure we actually ate our leftovers. Each time I needed to reheat something I had to go to the lobby area. If you are a guest that plans on washing your swim gear and towels during your stay, there is no guest laundry room! I confirmed this with the desk rep. Other than that the hotel is very clean, and the lobby...

「The parking was terrible. Not only do they charge you to park but you have to park across the street and haul your suitcase across the road. After coming off of the beach we thought we could go sit by the pool and listen to the band that was playing next door at Wind Jammers. The pool is literally an oversized tub. The parking was the biggest disappointment. Most hotels do not charge for parking.」
