"A wonderful property. Conveniently located to the Hiroshima sites. The room we were assigned was beyond fantastic. A superb view of the city in the mountains in the background. The room was clean quiet and the hotel is very secure. The food at breakfast was wonderful and dinner was even better. I hope to come back one day and will most definitely stay at this hotel. "This is an authentic Japanese Ryokan, where you sleep on mats on the floor. We used three mats each to be comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom is immaculate and we loved using the onsen or hot bath. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious and included a great variety of foods. The staff was gracious and very helpful. We could store our luggage and they got us a taxi when we left. I highly recommend this place for an authentic Japanese inn experience. It is literally across the street from the peace park and a mile or two from the train station. It is a perfect location."

"On walking to the accommodation we were a little concerned as it seemed a bit like suburbia (as it turned out not necessarily a terrible thing but depends what you're looking for) but on arrival found the hotel a bit surprising. Very neat and tidy with only 2 levels and 10 (or 12) rooms. I'm not sure if the rooms are all the same but ours was big with 2 double beds, a living area, kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine. It was only a few hundred metres to the Peace park and transport options were within 300 metres. Would recommend."
