"I really enjoyed my stay , special thanks to Kudret for her hospitality and always there to help in any matter , special thanks to Selma for her hospitality during breakfast she was always there to answer any question and to make sure guests are served in the best way, thanks to all staff at the reception all very helpful , fast check in and check out. I have one suggestion to the cleaning staff , daily cleaning needs improvement they only make the bed and change the towels , no dust cleaning or floor cleaning during my 4 nights stay ! I am sure they can do better Breakfast is very good may varieties and healthy options. will come back soon... thank you"

"This is my second time at this hotel when I say the reception team all staff at the door the restaurant are amazing and so helpful in every way, though out the day they do everything to make all guest happy, iv never been to a hotel and had treatment like this. If booking this hotel make sure to book with breakfast can’t be missed better then all breakfast from outside it caters for all need and allergies. Location is fantastic walking distance to Taksim square and all metro and busses "

"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"
