"Gorgeous. We stayed here on our way to Rome for some relaxation and it was perfect. There aren’t too many rooms, but it is a huge property so you feel like you have the place to yourself. 2 pools to choose from and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very warm but maybe wasn’t turned on. They give you a little sheet to fill out what you want from breakfast, and it it straight from their garden and very abundant - and free! Gorgeous place would stay again."

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace. We loved it! What an amazing view. The one bedroom was smaller, but we used it as the master because of the balcony and lake view. The other bedroom was a bit bigger. No complaints though. It made for a great family trip. And the breakfast included was perfect. And those views from the restaurant were fabulous. Would recommend."

"We stayed here due to the proximity to Ninfa, it was pretty close, still a 20-30 minute drive. The wifi did not seem to work. Breakfast was good and the bed was the best we have had on our trip. "
