We had the best time at Hol Chan. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The resort was small but nice and quiet, easy to get to, easy to get around, nice small beach and pools. We went as a family of 5 and it was perfect. The rooms are huge and have everything you need.

Relaxing family time. If you are looking for a top notch base for your San Pedro vacation, Hol Chan is fantastic. Beautiful, clean and great staff. On the quiet side of the island away from the hustle and bustle but still near town via golf cart. Swim up pool was perfect. Amazing personal deck with views that can’t be beat.

I recommend the ocean view property. It’s a sight to wake up to everyday. The culture the locals were amazing. I miss it and would definitely go back! Richard the property concierge was very helpful as well. Definitely need a golf cart to get around and into town

My stay at the Hol Chan Reef Resort Villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile from Dennis S., provided with refreshing drinks, and that wonderful island breeze. The property itself is breathtaking-surrounded by a beautiful beachfront. The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with local touches that made it feel authentically Belizean yet luxuriously comfortable. The walkout private pool was a dream-perfect for morning swims or relaxing evenings under the stars. I shouldn't forget to mention the private rooftop view for sunbathing or stargazing. Dennis S. (concierge) went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. He helped arrange the flight over to the island, and a memorable Mayan tour, plus a relaxing day at The Secret Beach. Every detail was taken care of with genuine care and attention. I loved listening to the sound of the sea, enjoyed fresh tropical fruit, and exploring the city, meeting different people, and shopping in each unique boutique. It truly felt like my own slice of paradise. If you are looking for peace, beauty, and top-notch hospitality, this villa resort in Belize is the perfect getaway. I can't wait to come back.

The property is excellent and well maintained and very clean and quiet. The staff, particularly Sandra and Richard were excellent and helpful. My only criticism is that the beach is not really a beach and is not swimmable.

It was a last minute trip and we could not have been happier with our choice to stay at Hol Chan Villas. The place was amazing and Sandra went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Top notch customer service. She even helped arranged to help have a chef to come and cook for us.

What an amazing property! My husband and 2 friends stayed in 4A and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. Sandra was great. If there was anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely we recommend staying here if you want a week of relaxation.

Great place for families

Amazing service and amenities for a condo. Richard and his team helped us book all our excursion and set up the private chef meal. The meal was lovely.They even have a bartender and food delivery Tuesday thru Sunday which is great because the markets are not close by. The unit had almost everything except the dishwasher wasn't working well and stove didn't have any markings on it so it was hard to figure out. The pools are not very deep 4.5 ft and they are heated. You'll definitely need a golf cart to get around and the roads can be very bumpy.

What a beautiful place. Very clean, spacious condo with breath taking view. We had no idea what we were doing. Sandra, our concierge, was able to assist us with all of our needs such as booking taxis and golf cart rentals. Her response to all of our questions (we had many!) was prompt and detailed. She made our trip into the unknown so easy!!

Nice place for sure. Way more space than my wife and I needed but oh well. The beds were nice with good sheets. We did our own cooking so it was nice to have quality cookware including nonstick pans for eggs. A view of the ocean side vs the lagoon side would have been nicer but we got the sunsets from this side so that was cool. Somebody even dropped off fresh pico and punch in our fridge the first day while we were out :). We were scuba diving most days we were there so it was nice to be picked up by boat from the dock vs the 20 min golf cart ride back to town. It was nice being out of down town San Pedro for a few.

This was an amazing place to stay in Belize! I highly recommend. Beautiful, clean, spacious and wonderful and accommodating staff! We had a patio that opened to the multiple pools with an ocean view. It was the perfect space for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. There was enough space for plenty more. We are so close to the reef park which made the snorkeling day easy. For the most part it was quiet and relaxing, until other families with small children arrived and took over the pools. Can’t have everything! Well furnished so we bought groceries and local produce. The location is away from town with limited options for dining and the dusty, rough roads are harsh for golf cart travel. But it was an adventure! We would definitely stay here again but find a better golf cart rental.

Great management

Lot of staff. Good comms. Spacious condo units run by a management company. Bit far south means quiet but also bumpy 20min ride to town. One of our party took a fall in a boat on a tour arranged by management. Not really their fault. They were very supportive & communicative to get her down to the hospital to be checked out. Would recommend the place. Just know what you’re getting into with the location. It’s not the time but the very bumpy ride to keep in mind but that’s also why it’s quieter.
