"I was very disappointed with this hotel. Let me take the positives first, the location was good and it was reasonably clean and staff were polite. However, there was much wrong. There was no outside area for sitting in the sun. There is a terrace but this is only for the penthouse, something that is not clear on the description. When I travel to the sun I want somewhere to relax outside. This was very disappointing. The room was in a very poor state of repair. There was no hot water, no plug for the sink, the shower was not in great condition, in fact the handle fell off in my hand! The furniture was very tatty and in poor condition and it all needed updated. The balcony was about 2 feet wide and you couldn't really sit out as it wasn't wide enough for a seat, there also wasn't a seat on the balcony. Whilst the location is good for the town, itv is opposite a farm so be prepared to be wakened very early by the cockerels! I am a light sleeper but they were loud! I would not stay here again and my trip was spoiled because of the hotel. I did try to find another hotel but it was high season. "

"Oh, yes we had a great stay at Centera. The staff was wonderful in all ways; courtesy, responsiveness, anticipated our needs, timeliness and always with a smile. The room was clean and spacious. The food was delicious and well prepared with a wide variety of choices. Our Romantic Beach dinner was very special. I purposed."

"This was our third stay and again Marriott has amazed us in many ways. The staff in the resort are so friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to deliver, special shoutout to Tom from Front Service, who offered to guide us to the property next door to our Grab ride. Another shout out to Jane from the Pool Bar (originally from Amber Kitchen), she constantly checked in with us, ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our meals. The resort remain in good conditions. And the facilities in the resort are great. We will definitely return and recommend to our family and friends. "

"Outstanding hotel with good price. Rooms were spacious and clean Staff were helpful and courtesy. Location great close to plenty of restaurants and 7 Eleven stores. Loved the pool with plenty of lounges available. Good breakfast. "

"First of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you feel like family they take very good care of you. I enjoyed my stay. My room was very nice very clean. Must say everyone did a great job. Even the lady that cleaned my room really took care of me. The staff at the front desk. Anything I needed they would always there to help I will return and yes, it’s all about their staff there very nice make you feel like."

"Everything you need all around you, excellent transport links. Fro airport get pick up trucks, 10 baht into centre. Please stop people putting clothes on beds next to pool and not using beds, 3 days 3 beds like this from morning whilst people upstairs on other sunbeds until mid afternoon. Also if room on North side you are 20m from side of scool, tannoys start playing music anytime after 7.30 am, rousing mudic and snthem 7.55 then anouncement ALL DAY AND LOUD and kids being kids, and we like them they waved to us snd we to them, make noise. No mention of this in other reviews. Location fantastic, everything you need all around you and great food across the block at little food court. Transport links excellent. "
