"Loved the hotel. Loved breakfast at the hotel. The evening resturaunt was ok. The staff was always scrambling. On the second night we made a reservation. We received a confirmation and when we arrived they could not find the reservation. They sat us but acted like we were an inconvenience the entire dinner. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect with an absolutely amazing view of lake como. The pool was beautiful but cold. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend."

"We stayed in the superior triple room lake view. Photos are accurate. The view is stunning! The rooms were immaculate & the breakfasts at Itaka restaurant on site were fantastic - the staff there were especially friendly. Would highly recommend if you want to really relax but also be close enough to other towns for sight seeing. We hope to visit again one day."

"Very nice owner and service , We really liked the atmosphere in the hotel . Only issues : hot water in shower comes slowly and aircon was not really adjustable . Breakfast was good , not too many options but ok ."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses"

"Really enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant — plenty of choice and everything was fresh. It’s an adults-only hotel, although children are allowed at the beach club. We were a little unsure about that beforehand, but honestly it wasn’t really a problem at all during our stay. Drinks were reasonably priced and the location was great, just a short walk into Colico where there are some lovely restaurants and a nice harbour. We actually really liked the more relaxed pace of Colico compared with some of the busier parts further down Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area."
