「Clean, up to date, fully equipped. A great quiet get away with room to roam the property and close enough to Durango to serve as a home base for all of our sight seeing and shopping. Would definitely stay again. 」

「This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left. In addition, communication was very inadequate. Due to the confusing management, it was difficult to get...
