The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there`s always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular `downtown-like beach area`). Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors and comply with Airbnb policies. Loud noises during this time are prohibited and may result in a fine, being reported, or removal from the property. Please be considerate at all times.
