"Staff was friendly and ready to help. Room was affordable and clean. Continental breakfast was wonderful. The reason I could not rate a 5 star review was because of how difficult it was to find the actual parking garage/parking lot for this facility. The bed and the pillows in the rooms were horrible. My sleep there was not very restful because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were"

"I just had to keep adding an additional day stay until really needed to come home. Staff was so friendly, and helpful. Lots walking distance. Was so lucky to find this place when my ride from the Amtrak did not show up do to miscommunication. I stayed in the king suit next stay I’m getting that jacuzzi."

"I would’ve given it. Five stars had the pool been operable, but they did tell me in advance that it was not in use and being worked on. Also, the beds could be a little bit more comfortable. ."

"Clean room but rather cheaply made interior . Shower was uncomfortable - no shower curtain .. impractical positioning of charging and electrical outlets . Beds were comfortable. "

"It was good! The only bad thing is that they give me a handicap room, since my booking was not even last minute book. Room is all the same just the shower is kinda weird set up."

"Staff was rude to me even though I am a frequent guest. One of the sons called me a “bum” and continued being rude. I forgot my keys there and when I called to ask about them they hung up on me 4 time before saying they have nothing."
