All staff was lovely except the deep voice guy at front desk was impatient or mysoginistic or something. Girl in cafe and housekeeping were amazing! Barceló San José
Large rooms. Good hot water. Huge lobby and lounge. Very good service. Food and drinks are reasonably priced compared to other areas of Costa rica. Room was quiet even with the close proximity to the airport. Piano lounge. Huge breakfast buffet? Well worth the extra charge.
