"Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom that we started to get sick from it and didn’t even want to shower in it. The window that was above the bed would not close and mosquitos would come in. We let staff know and they did get us a little plug in fly killer but it wasn’t enough. We found it dusty. This could be just our room which there are 3 in this place. We got the third one. Neighborhood was ok, but still a walk to get places."

"Our room was next to a busy road thus it needs better sound protection windows. The walls also needed fresh paint job badly."

"Check-in was confusing I had three different phone numbers contacting me on WhatsApp telling me to contact someone else however they arrived when we did luckily. It is a bit far from the tourist area and sites, about a 25 minute walk to the colosseum is the closest attraction. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was super warm inside and if you open the window it’s extremely noisy in the area makes it very difficult to sleep. We only got one big towel for showers for two people and ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find any extra in the entire accommodation. Also one morning the lights went out and we had an early morning where we had to get ready in the dark… the area is safe and close to public transport but really if you’re staying more than 2-3 days or looking to be closer to everything you go to Rome to see, I wouldn’t recommend the place. "

"Its a bit out there, underestimated how far out it was not walkable and bust gets very busy as it passes by Colesseum. Bathroom dated and dark, no extractor and water splashed from shower onto the floor- used hand towels as mats. Basic instant coffee. Breakfast. we did not find it appealing, but cheap @8Euro"

"I booked only a week from my trip. This was the best deal and the reviews were right. It is a great option for those who want to travel into the city center. While there I used 3 different train lines, and one bus line. It's very easy to navigate. Eleanora is very helpful and gave up a map when we checked in. I booked the quad room which was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The room was clean and comfy. We also felt very safe there. The B&B is located in a much bigger apartment building. So there is no lobby or check in desk. It's on the 2nd floor of the building, sort of a suite. Inside the suite there is 4 different rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is where daily breakfast is offered. Breakfast was a collection of breads and pastries with spreads and juices. She also offered pancakes or waffles, all individually wrapped. Breakfast was very convenient as it helped make sure we were good to face our day without having to find a breakfast option. You must contact the owner to let her know when you plan on arriving she can meet you to let you in. You will have your own keys: for the building, the B&B suite, and your room. We had a great time and I recommend booking this as it was a great option for us."

"I wouldn’t stay here again, but there were a few positives. First, this is advertised as a bed and breakfast, but there really isn’t a proper breakfast. The only thing provided was a coffee machine in the room and supposedly some pastries either in the mini fridge or in the hallway—I didn’t find any during my stay. There is a small café next door where you can buy coffee and breakfast, which is what I ended up doing. Access to the property is complicated. The first time you arrive, you have to buzz through a gate to enter, then go up a large set of stairs to reach the terrace apartments. After that, you use a code to retrieve your keys. From there, you’ll be carrying three keys plus a card: one for the main gate, one old-style key for the entry door, another for your room, and a card that must be inserted near the light switch to activate electricity. It’s manageable, but definitely inconvenient. The room itself was small but clean. The shower is very tight, though the water pressure was actually quite good. The location is a plus and makes it easy to get around. There is a taxi stand a block away. The host was friendly and very responsive to my questions, which I appreciated. The woman cleaning the rooms showed us around and helped us settle in. Overall, between the complicated access setup and small amenities, it didn’t meet expectations for me. This would be a great place for a backpacker to stay as luggage is hard to get up the stairs."
