This was our third year staying in this condo over Christmas week, so obviously we are pleased with the accommodations!Chris, the owner, is an excellent host, and the condo is always clean and comfortable.The location is prime and convenient to everything.

This place is a true 10! Clean, updated, comfortable bed and couch. Didn’t rent a car cause everything is within an easy walk. About the only negative is the noise from those attending the many bars from the sidewalk below during all hours, but earplugs resolved that. Definitely wee will be returning.

The place was clean, modern, comfortable. It was awesome having oceanfront views and being right on the beach. Everything we needed was near. It was a plus to have beach chairs and a body board.

Property is very well furnished and comfortable with a great view of the beach and boardwalk. Everything you need - food, beverages, shops are within easy walking distance. Very nice place and responsive host.

Great location. Condo was updated and very clean. Nice comfortable furniture. Beds were softer than we prefer, but still able to sleep well:) Hubby appreciated the BIG screen TVs! Kitchen was well supplied. Bathrooms had plenty of towels & tp. Communication was great. Okay so there is no ac, but when we were there the weather was just right. I would recommend to family & friends.

Beautiful property and location. Chris, the host, was readily available for any questions and helpful getting us in a few hours earlier. We will definitely be staying there again. Very friendly residents within the building and tons of great food in walking distance. Lovely to hear the waves at night time.

Best Arizona Escape

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach, in large part due to this condo and its location. Being right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops was perfect. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has stunning beach views. We were able to walk to everything. It was also easy to get an Uber to more distant venues for those of us intimidated by driving in San Diego! Best beach house in Pacific Beach!

Great location for family

Super happy to say we totally enjoyed this top floor condo over looking the beach. Great location to lots of quick eats, sit down restaurants, and Trident coffee. Unit was nicely updated, ocean breezes all day long. I am have A/C at home so i thought the heat would get me, but just open the sliding doors and it cools off quickly. Great access to beach, boardwalk was a huge plus. Elevator is slow. Love this condo and am definitely booking for next summer

Great apartment, good location, noises

If I could give this place a 4.5 stars I would. Absolutely loved the apartment and location. Apartment was very clean. Communication was good with Chris. Check in was a little struggle, but nothing adults could not overcome. However anyone looking to go and just listen to the ocean or have the windows open at night will not be happy. The apartment has an awesome view and has been remodeled very well. The beds were very comfy and it had all the amenities one could need. The location is so close to many restaurants and great for just walking the beach.The only problem is that where the apartment is located, it is close to bars, other restaurants, and the beach. Every night we heard some sort of noise at various hours causing us to wake up several times. From partygoers yelling, homeless people banging sticks on the palm trees, loud sea birds perched on the roof, or a city dump truck going BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, in 10 second intervals on the beach putting the lifeguard towers in place. This apartment had it all.I totally would stay there again but would go with eyes wide open knowing I would have to keep the windows closed at night and even then won't block out many of the noises we heard completely. Either that or sleep in the spare bedroom where our friends did and never heard a peep...

Wonderful location!

The condo was a perfect location for coming back and forth from the beach. Sunset views from the balcony, right on the. Boardwalk, and comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.
