Welcome to Taylor's Townhome! This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo underwent a complete transformation from January to June 2020, offering all-new furniture, mattresses, and linens. **Please note: this unit is NOT on the ground floor. It is accessed from the second floor and consists of the third floor as well. The front of the townhome is made entirely of glass on both levels, with a large sliding glass door in the living room and floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom to showcase the stunning views of Santa Barbara Cove and Mission Bay. Inside, you'll find a contemporary, beachy décor, with new vinyl plank flooring that mirrors the look of driftwood, and all rooms come equipped with mini split AC units, so guests can control the temperature in their own space. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a beautiful tile backsplash, perfect for preparing meals. Ideal for families and groups, this condo accommodates up to 10 guests with comfortable sleeping arrangements. There is also a full-size stacked washer/dryer for added convenience.

Great family vacation spot!

We arrived at this beautiful spot and all of us immediately started to unwind. The surroundings are gorgeous, the beaches very close and the condo spacious and well kept.

Perfect house for what we needed

Fabulous house in great location in Mission Bay right near our venue exactly what we expected. So much room for the seven of us. It was comfortable and I had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The nicely updated townhouse was just the right size for our party of 8. All the beds were very comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great and centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed walks on both the bayside and the oceanside. We would be happy to stay again!

Amazing Location!

Taylors townhouse was amazing! We were a large family group and there was space for everyone. The views of Mission Bay from the townhouse are spectacular. Great restaurants within walking distance. Our granddaughters loved the beaches. Check-in was easy and communication with the rental company was great. We are already planning to return soon.

Loved being close to the bay and beach and so convenient for renting water sports gear!

The unit was well outfitted with kitchen supplies, and towels. Dishwasher and washing machine and dryer were a big bonus. Stairway carpeting up to the second level could be replaced.

Fantastic location and views!

We rented this location for a long weekend family getaway. There were eight of us and there we never felt crowded. Having 3 full bathrooms was really convenient. I called the day of my arrival to ask about an early check in and they were very accommodating (Thank you Angelina for your help!). Kitchen was adequately stocked with common items. My family all said they would stay here again.

Bay front condo

the unit itself was great - 4 full bedrooms and 3 baths worked well for our family of 8 adults and a toddler. Unfortunately, the location on the bay is a non swimming, storm drain area. I felt this should have been disclosed. It was not a problem to walk to a safe area, or to the ocean, but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time. The only other drawback was the electric barbecue. A George Foreman grill is not sufficient when cooking for 9 people. Towels and supplies were terrific.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. JUST LOCATION.

The location of this home was amazing -- great access to both the bay and the beach. However, summer camp was in session on the bayside every morning - with loud, excited children. The home was sufficient - it had everything necessary. The pictures looked way better than the actual aesthetic. Broken kitchen cabinets, dirty windows, clogged plumbing, and not very comfortable beds did not make for an amazing stay. The management was very attentive to all needs, though didn't have a solution to a car parked in the only parking spot for about 6 hours, and could not resolve a plumbing issue for our last day 30 hours of our rental. For the money - this house could benefit from a quick refreshing - updates, and clean windows.

Cramped & dirty.

This property is obviously meant for the party crowd instead of a family. The living area was cramped, & the oversized table took up way too much room . We had 4 adults and 2 under 17 years old. If we had added another 3 people, which the house advertises, it would have been unbearable. Mold in the bathroom and stains & tears on the carpet stairs added to our displeasure. The outside garbage area was overflowing and unavoidable on our way out of the condo. On a positive note, the management quickly responded to a sink clogged with food (from the previous renters) and the water was hot. We would not recommend this property to anyone over the age of 25.

Favorite place in San Diego!

This was our favorite place that we've stayed in San Diego. Perfect location, close to so many places to eat! We rented bikes and enjoyed going to the front of the unit, getting on the bike path, and enjoying the view! Speaking of view, the view from the living area and the master bedroom was amazing! We all had our own full bathroom. Everything was updated with beautiful art and furnishings. Extremely clean! We will make this our go to place the next time our whole family comes to San Diego!

BedSheets stained with specks of blood, wall outside of room also had blood spatter. Had to wash all sheets in home. Sand in sheets and throughout home. Dishes not cleaned

Bayside Lovely

I stayed here with 6 other family members. Everyone gathered for a for a wedding at a venue close bay. The property was as advertised, very clean and the decor was beautiful. There was a problem with one of the sinks but The mangers of the property were quick to start the repair and even when it required a special part, they were respectful of our needs and worked with us to make sure it did not interrupt our stay. Location could not be better. Close to so many things and the bay side view was wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice place for family

Location was nice. Property was nice. A few flaws here and there which was fine. Everything was functional. The cooking items could use an update. The pans were a little rusted. The views were really nice and the kids loved playing in the sandy areas. Location was great to get to the zoo and sea world. Was overall a great stay.

Just as advertised!

Clean, comfortable, stylish. Everything at the property was just as pictured and perfectly maintained. Nice location on quiet side of Mission Bay, short walk to Pacific beach and boardwalk. Conveniently located to downtown San Diego, zoo, airport, etc. We had one issue on checkin with the door code, but the staff at Nancy's Vacation Rentals were helpful. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles but we managed with a mini van. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect location for a larger active family on spring break. We would happily return!

Amazing location and views!

Very easy check-in and out! Managers provide great instructions. The calmness and view of the Bayside was amazing. Very short walking distance to the ocean beachside! Make sure to discover the area for their are a lot of restaurants within walking distance! Belmont Park is a short walk! The house itself has good flow! Bedrooms are good size and beds are very comfortable! Kitchen is well equipment for meals. We did not try to use it to much but the wifi network that was provided was not an option on any devices. Our Ford Explore was tough to park when the other unit was occupied. Overall great unit and would highly recommend to anyone looking.

Overall good

We (6 adults/ 2 children) spent a week here. There was enough space that we were not cramped. We had a few hiccups (primarily with hot water) but overall a wonderful visit. The location was wonderful. It had beautiful views of the bay, and a short (2 blocks) walk to the ocean side. We were also very close to other attractions (Sea World, USS Midway, Safari Park, airport). I would recommend this unit.
