"This was an awesome hotel. The view alone was worth the price. The room was spacious it has a small kitchen with large fridge. The balcony overlooks the beach and is directly across from the pier. The only downside is the trains but considering how close the tracks are it still isn't very loud it didn't keep us awake or disturb our sleep. We would definitely stay again "

"Room was really nice, bed was very comfortable. Just a few little nuisances, the toilet ran water continuously, the shower seat was missing, the shower handheld was missing the adjustment knob. But overall, the room was good value. "

"Loved the ease of getting to the pier/beach for sunset and walking into town for the farmer's market or to shop and eat at the many cute spots in San Clemente! Also just a short drive to T Street which was our favorite beach - full of families enjoying the sand and surf.The house itself has way more charm than a generic beach stay with elements that you can only get in a historic property. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
