"The boutique showed up as cat friendly on my web search. I was traveling with my cat so excitedly booked. Once I finalized the payment I got an email which highlighted the property is not pet friendly and to please not bring pets. I quickly called to cancel but wasn’t able to get through to any staff. I called a few times over the next couple days- only to find out the staff is truly not available. I received emails about “we’re excited to see you” to which I’d reply “hi please help me cancel, I have my pet with me I can’t stay with you” of course I’d get no response. Really frustrating that the staff is MIA. Not sure if the company has listed themselves as pet friendly on their Business Profile or it was a fluke- but either way they should remain available to assist with reservations. Didn’t stay, paid for it though!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hideaway A!! The location is a 5 minute walk from the beach and the immediate area has everything one needs from shops to restaurants. The property is beautiful and very clean. Communication with Mike was impeccable. This is the best experience that I have ever had with a vacation home!! "
