I have been staying at this extended stay for a while. I’ve been happy with my stay so far. The room I’m staying in is still great. The staff was very accommodating and prompted. The air conditioner decided to go out in this unforgiving heat. I let the helpful owner know. Within the hour I had a new air conditioner unit delivered by the friendly and hard working maintenance guy.

Parking was very easy plenty of spaces. Room had German cockroaches in either room either in small kitchen, restroom. Bed was uncomfortable feeling, pillows are very warn out to which meant little to no cushion to them, seal around door was non existent since could see & feel all outside air and room was hard to cool because of it, room ac had to be turned down to 65 degrees to even have room cooled at end of day of being outside in Texas heat, room lighting was very low dim so not very well lit had to turn on ALL lights to see anything going on in room.

Love this place, rooms are decent, prices are great. A little far from things if you don't have a vehicle is the biggest drawback and the bus is pretty limited. Most of the staff are kind and helpful...most of them.

Ok place to stay

This motel is very basic and a bit run down and in need of repairs and refurbishing. There wasn’t even an outlet between the beds, and amenities like a clock, shampoo, or lotion were missing. That said, it was pretty clean, relatively comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

You guys know the stats on this place , horrible for you guys to even ask & let it continue . It served its purpose though . The gals that cleans rooms was nice & friendly & did what they could with what they had . Shame on Expedia for putting up Pictures that they have of this place to make it look Nicer than it actually is . But for $48 a night & if you don’t care about roaches than have at it

Definitely my new Go to spot

The room was super clean. The stove top and full refrigerator is a definite plus as well. All in amazing shape. The room was bigger than a normal hotel room which was nice when I got to cook in the little kitchen.
