Sunset Villa is a cozy 3 bedroom home within walking distance to Waves Market and Deli, Dollar General and other shopping. Only 2-mile drive to the Rodanthe Pier and 2.3-miles to the North Beach Public access. A 2-minute drive to the Salvo Day Use Sound area and Ramp 23. Short 3-minute drive to Highway 12 Amusements indoor/outdoor arcade and restaurants. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, comfortable living area and a sun/reading room. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare tasty meals coffee station next to dining area and extra dining seating at dividing bar. Washer and Dryer and one single bath and one in suite bath for the Master bedroom. Comfortable deck with plenty of seating and under house parking. Also features an outdoor fish cleaning area. Lots of board games for rainy day activity and horseshoe pits at the edge of huge, manicured lawn. Come stay with us in Sunset Villa and enjoy beautiful sunsets and minutes to both the beach, sound and pier. Sleeps 6. Property manager nearby and available during your stay. Clean and comfortable

We had a great stay. Convenient mid-island location. Near Waves market and restaurants. A little concerned when we pulled up and saw the outside of house but the inside was updated and clean. Had everything we needed. Would have preferred another small couch or loveseat in living room instead of the chair to relax and watch TV, but otherwise comfortable.

OBX & WIMBLE SHORES

Great house to rent for a family vacation to the Outer Banks. 3 nice size bedrooms and 2 baths. Great kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Beds were very comfortable with TV’s in all rooms. Great internet and selection of channels to watch on TV. Nice deck out front with tables and chairs. Great price for towels and linens so you don’t have to bring your own. Washer and dryer on site made it especially nice to be able to wash clothes if needed. All around a great home to rent for your stay.

Great Place, Great Location. Very Quiet and Clean.

We had 5 in our group and were very comfortable. We had a full kitchen so we could cook Local seafood. We enjoyed the stay and we'll be back next year.
