「We needed handicap accessibility and this was the perfect home for us. From the drive-up, to the open layout and spacious bathroom, it was so great for our family. You’ll need your own trash bags and dish washing detergent though. We loved sitting on the edge of the dock to watch the gorgeous sunsets on the Sound.」

「We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400...

「Hey everyone, we had a fantastic time in Salvo. I’m not here to compare real estate, but the house, although a bit dated and in need of a few minor fixes, was overall fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were clean, and the hot tub was great. It was conveniently located between a couple of beach access points, making it an excellent value for the price. No complaints at all. I highly recommend checking this place out.Additionally, I spoke with the caretaker about the older reviews...
