「Drew was an amazing host, very responsive to text and messages. The House is amazing, Very Clean, and set up nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with, cups, plates, silverware, and stuff you you wouldn't think of. I hope I have a need to visit SC again. Thank you Drew, my friends and family had an amazing time celebrating my daughters graduation from UoSC. Only complaint is the driveway is small, and shaped weird, I had a hard time getting my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. 」

「Great location for a fun and relaxing weekend at the lake! The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating options, including the dock, sundeck, fire pit, and screened porch. Kayaks and a boat were available for use, although we did not use them this time. Rebooking the house for a fall getaway and looking forward to staying again!」

「This was a beautiful home for our family to share. The accommodations and amenities were excellent. So much to do at the lake and the house had everything we needed - even a stand mixer so we could bake! We had a bad storm on the third night so having a generator that kicked on when the power went out was fantastic. Our hist Jim was always quick to respond for any questions and property manager Ken was helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!」

「We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. 「Beautiful spot to spend several days. We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed the end of this perfect cove to listen to the frogs, geese, ducks, and watch the turtles sunbathe. 「We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! 」

「Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well.
