About this property

Large late1800's home within walking distance to Opera House and downtown.

  • Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features almost 4000 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths...and a wonderful front porch.

    Be sure to examine the reproduction of the photograph unearthed on the property during renovations. There is something quite odd about it!!! Can you determine what it is? Take a mini tour of the house on our Ramblin Man YouTube channel at
