Our stay was excellent. The bed was comfy, the house was quiet. The view was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and the host was very personable. Jim and Katrina care. I had never been asked by a proprietor as to what they could do better. There was nothing. Jim has lots of suggestions for dinner. We went to the Fox and Hound, great advice.

Breakfast was delicious! Very quiet and beautiful property and it was a beautiful week in Victoria. We enjoyed having our coffee outside listening to all the birds. The hot tub in the evening was very relaxing Can't wait until we can visit again.

Owner Kelly is very kindly hands on on all aspects of the stay, and the location and facility are lovely.

10/10 would recommend this hotel! The staff were very welcoming and service was great! We would definitely come back here.

It felt like we'd stepped back in time but with all the modern conveniences. The Inn is beautifully furnished with such care and attention to details. A satisfying elegant breakfast is included and served with gracious hospitality. We will definitely return.

This is a wonderful B&B located about 15 minutes from Ganges. It is high over the water, so it offers an outstanding view of the island, the sound, and the sunrise. Irina, our owner and host, was a delight to meet. Our room was large and comfortable, with a huge deck to sit out and enjoy the views and the fresh air. A beautiful garden was an unexpected plus.

Beautiful hotel in lovely Sydney. Not too far from ferry. Walk to restaurants and shops. The backyard is the ocean. The hotel is nice and clean and beds were comfortable. They offered free breakfast which was amazing! Staff was nice. The only complaint I have is I wish i would've paid extra for the ocean view. Would definitely stay again.

My children and I spent 10 days here in late December 2023 to the first week of January while dropping my daughter off at University of Victoria. I was hesitant to book this because I had some concerns after reading the reviews online. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the property in general. The bed was very comfortable as well as the plush velvet sofa in the living room. The full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher were spotless. Screens were...
