The bed was clean and comfortable. Room was extremely noisy with traffic noise and other guests. The bathroom and towels were dirty, and obtaining new ones took several requests to the front desk.

What a great place to stay. Excellent front desk staff, excellent restaurant on site, which has fabulous staff. It’s the perfect middle point to stay while doing wine tours in the area. Would highly recommend.

We had a very good stay overall. The night-shift front desk guy was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The morning breakfast was also very good, with lots of different items and plenty of choices. The swimming pool was initially closed due to the weather conditions, but the front desk staff kindly opened it for us upon our special request, which we really appreciated. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the great service!

Very clean, & we had a quiet room with a fridge which I appreciate. Also a good restaurant attached so that was great. Comfy beds, & a good bedside light that I could read by in the night without waking up my room mate and a good shower over a bath. An outdoor pool too & I’d stay there again

Comfortable bed but pillows were too dense for me, great having 2 comfortable chairs for reading/watching tv. Hot breakfast was good, we also ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was great and reasonable.

We stayed here during the BC Bike Race (2026) and couldn't have been happier. The staff were courteous and helpful; our main floor room made for easy access, parking was easy, and there was a hose in the lot to clean the bike before moving it indoors. The bedding in the room was amazing - we slept so well - and the room was clean, as was the entire property. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast each morning, and it was excellent. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was wonderfully staffed and we ate dinner there twice as well - the menu, meals and service were top notch. Will look to stay here again next time we are in town!
