「It’s location is near the center of the city, very convenient for the sightseeing. There is a nice pub in the groundfloor and there we drunk nice beer and enjoyed wonderful dinner. The staffs are very kind.」

「Hilary and Mark, mother and son were both very pleasant and helpful. Some good suggestions about different places to visit in the area.」

「Lovely place. Room, food and staff all first class. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go back.」

「The rooms are a good size there a multiple bathrooms ans toilets which is good 1 could do with a bit of work but overall there was a microwave in kitchen to warm your food and place was also lovely and warm and a sink in room was good. Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history」

「Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and...

「Lovely little cottage. We did find going up and down stairs tricky. Would have Been nice if their was instructions on how to use tv and hot tub. Woke a few times in the night of something running up and down in the ceiling . Sofa in the lounge very uncomfortable to sit on .」

「There was absolutely no point in having a kitchen there were no cooking appliances plates or cups only one fork knife and spoon the kitchen was a complete waste the property if ur staying for multiple nights was not advisable」

「First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

「Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property.」

「Lovely welcome to this lovely renovated village pub and hotel. Lovely public rooms and our bedroom was cosy, warm and good to be in. Excellent bathroom. Dinner was fine, breakfast was excellent,」
