"Great stay at this hotel… very friendly staff , not unisual for Italians and let alone Calabrese people … The breakfast is very nice and filling, continental with vienoiserie , juices, a variey of coffee brews… fruit , toast…. The owner is extremely helpful… it is a great place , very central, walkable to the corniche, beach and night life…the areas is very safe and quiet… air con works well,and I am definitely coming back for aonger stay in Regg Calabria. "This hotel delivered a great experience overall. The staff, particularly Pasindu, who went above and beyond, were very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which made everything easy from check in, to local recommendations. Additional staff members, Sabina and Salvatore (including the breakfast staff), were also very kind and welcoming. The location is prime, felt very safe, and made getting around effortless. Rooms were modern and new, and breakfast was included, highlighted by excellent pastries! Parking was initially a challenge, but Pasindu went above and beyond by offering his own parking space, which truly set the service apart. Jolly Charme Suite was an excellent choice! "

"This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel"

"I'm used to 3 star hotels. This hotel is truly 4 star. The cleanliness, the staff and our very affordable ocean view suite with spectacular views of Mt. Etna, the Straits of Messina, and sunsets was wonderful. The robes and slippers is a nice perk. The hotel location is a few minutes walk to the high speed ferry to Messina, Sicily and a few minutes walk to the Lido train station. The hotel is convenient to the Lungomare waterfront and the famous Archeological Museum as well as several art galleries and shopping. All less than 10 minutes away by walking. Bocconissimo, the fabulous hotel restaurant, is open for a full buffet breakfast 7-10 am and dinner from 7:30-10 pm with a spectacular menu from delicious pizza to scrumptious pasta dishes, all with no salt and pepper needed, like some restaurants in Italy I've experienced. The downside to this hotel is the surroundings which were devastated by storm Harry in January. The city is working hard to restore the waterfront. However,don't miss this one!!!"
