"Très agréable après une bonne journée de visite, très bien situé pour visiter Erice !
Nous avons été très bien accueilli et sont très réactifs.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien.
Je rajouterai une bouilloire dans la chambre afin que l'on puisse se faire du café et du thé.
Mais rien à redire, très bon logement"

"Superb! We got there and we amazed at the beauty of the place and amenities from a pool to massage to tennis and exercise room. Ahmed was so welcoming and showed us around. Breakfast was fresh and had so much variety. Great coffee and pastries besides eggs and yogurt and fruit. Beautiful flowers and huge room!"

"We loved this property! Such a peaceful place, yet easy drive to surrounding areas. Property is lovely with lots of on site fruit trees and gardens. When we notified the owners that we would be leaving really early in the morning, they made freshly baked custard pies for us! So good the next morning."

"Very nice host. The location is in walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The room was nice. The bed was so comfy! Beautiful Italian breakfast in the morning. Would recommend. "

"The Hosts, Roberto and his wife were excellent hosts. Made from scratch breakfast every morning and her Croissants were to die for including their fresh home made jams. Gorgeous view of the Valley and hills from the balcony. Oh, and I have to mention Roberto’s dad Vito…. He makes a mean cup of coffee. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel La Battigia.
The hotel is extremely clean, and you can tell the team takes great pride in maintaining the property.
The staff are fantastic – friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the food, which was excellent.
The restaurant offers amazing dishes and a great dining experience.
The only downside is the acoustics in the rooms.
You can hear people walking in the corridors quite clearly, the air conditioning unit can be quite loud, and at times you can also hear conversations from neighbouring rooms.
If the sound insulation were improved, the stay would be perfect.
Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and great food, and I would still recommend it."
"The hotel, staff, breakfast, bathroom and bedroom were all very good. The poor rating is because it's impossible to get a decent sleep! The stairs up to my room and a cluster of other rooms are made of wood, so when one group of guests came home at 1:05am, I'm woken up just by their footsteps clomping and echoing on the wooden stairs. Then at 3:41am, a family leaves early for the airport, so I'm re-awoken, again by the stairs. No one was rude or yelling or drunk. The design makes it inevitable that anyone walking up or down these stairs will wake the people in those 4 rooms. And ironically I had specifically asked for the "quietest room possible" as I'm no partier. The fact they haven't fixed this terrible design and didn't bother to find me a better room given my request is very disappointing. "
