Nicolo was an incredible host, extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us and let us check in early due to our flight hours. I would recommend this accommodation to my family and friends. Me and my husband will definitely return to this location.

Feels like home in Sicily

We spent over two weeks in Sicily. The Stanze del Mare is near top of list. Exceptional property. Great community - the only one we discussed returning to for an extended stay.

Although for only 1 night, my experience was great. Nicolo sent me a message asking when I expected to arrive. He met me when I arrived and was very helpful with telling me about where to eat and what to see. I would stay there again. The next morning I had breakfast on the terrace at the top of the building and had plenty of time to walk around town again for some scenic pictures.

Nicolo is the best. If you are unable to let him know when you are going to arrive, there is a number for you to call him to come let you in. We did that and he appeared in less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy, just across the street. Nicolo is a great guy and very helpful. Room is great. The whole B&B looks new and fresh. You really should be very pleased with your stay. We were.

Nicolo der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hilft bei allem weiter und gibt gute Empfehlungen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und es gibt immer mal wieder abwechselnde Überraschungen. Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Zentrum der Stadt.

Wir sind für einen Kurzurlaub nach Sizilien gereist. Die Buchung haben wir sehr kurzfristig gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist top, die Betreiber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwei Strände im Ort. Beide sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben kurzfristig ein Auto, gleich am Flughafen, gemietet, ein Transfer haben wir nicht gefunden. Palermo ist gut erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Stadt. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war fantastisch.

Nicolo war sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen freundlich. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man sich bei einem vielfältigen Frühstück mit Obst und selbst gemachten Spezialitäten der Region wohl fühlte. Diese gemütlich und freundlich gestaltete Dachterrasse stand ganztägig ebenfalls als Aufenthaltsort zur Verfügung. Durch die geschickte Beschattung und die luftige Lage in der Nähe des Meeres ein großer Genuss.

Tutto perfetto. La ciliegina sulla torta è che oltre alla colazione in un bar pasticceria adiacente, al secondo piano dell'hotel c'è una saletta con macchina da caffè, bollitore e il titolare fornisce gratuitamente cialde, te, tisane, biscotti e crostatine

Des hôtes extraordinaires. Nicolò et Alessya se sont dévoués pour nous et les autres invités. Endroit au coeur d'une belle petite communauté en bordure de mer. De l'acceuil à l'entrée jusqu'à la salle de bain, tout est parfait. Avions une superbe terasse sur le toit où le petit déjeuner copieux et généreux fut servis. En plus une cuisinette complète à notre disposition. Air conditionné très fonctionnel. Immeuble impeccaple. Tout parfait.Tout beau. À refaire. Merci Nicolò et Alyssya.

communication was over the top even with our late check in. Room exceeded our expectations very clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The breakfast ticket at a local bakery was so good best pistachio croissant ai had in my trip. Thank you we will definitely stay here if we come back!
