The property is beautiful. We hiked and did tourist things during the day. Played in the beautiful pool to cool off in the afternoon. Went and ate at Eo restaurant which was recommended by the host. We did rent a car to get around our last two days. Fantastic time!

We had a lovely time in Balestrate. The villa and particularly the garden area was perfect and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. I travelled with my partner and our 2 year old daughter. Town is not in major guidebooks, but was an excellent location for start of our 2-week cycling adventure. Great restaurants to walk to: Nonna’s and Pizzeria Ciro. Town doesn’t really have major tourist sights, and may be challenging for some.
