"Room was shabby. Nicks and scrapes on the woodwork, torn curtains, old lamp shades. The room was dark and dingy. Bathroom counter had toothpaste on it from previous guests. Beds feel like they are made of straw and so do the pillows. "

We told the front desk at 9 am and it still was fixed at 5 pm. Two days later we had the same issue and the person who plunged the toilet left dirty water all over the bathroom floor (we had a toddler with us). Additionally, we saw one of the servers use his hands to take a piece of bacon out of the tray at the breakfast buffet and eat it. "

I was a bit disappointed with this part of the stay, especially since we partly chose this hotel because of their breakfast description. Also, the bathtub is very small, and the floor in the room felt like it had a dip or hole underneath the carpet."
