「Super friendly hosts, wonderful locally sourced food. Very quiet and peaceful in a beautiful country side setting. My highest recommendation!」

「Charming stay in a beautiful, classical manse in Bayeaux in the Normandy region. Though not in Bayeux town, the location is convenient for a full-day D-Day experience (my reason for visiting). The owner recommended a great place for dinner and provided home-made apricot and red currant confitures, both lovely with croissants and breads.」

「A quirky guest house, not really a hotel, in an old building. The room was spacious and comfortable, although somewhat sparsely and quirkily furnished. The bathroom was large, modern and clean. Antoine, the host, was charming and helpful. A short walk into the town centre and cathedral makes this well situated to visit Coutance.」

「Very nice property close to town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating」

All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area.」

「I gave this hotel a five-star rating in every category without hesitation. I can honestly say that this is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. This is a sign of outstanding management and careful selection of staff. I heartily recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to get away from the...

「Prachtig huis op een super locatie. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die er alles aan deed om het je naar de zin te maken. Fijne kamer met alle voorzieningen, heerlijk ontbijt.」

「A wonderful lodge for the last night in France 🇫🇷 we wish we could have stayed longer. My children loved the little hide away bedroom and the roll top bath. Clemence offered an excellent dinner recommendation at a local craft beer tap room. The food was divine! As was the beer. We would highly recommend this accommodation.」

「superficie chambre correcte mais manque d espace autour du lit : presque collé du côté mur dommage!! environnement calme personnel aimable」

「The room was very clean and well laid out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was satisfactory.」
