「Except one, all the other staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were flexible to support me, too. The breakfast menu was simpler than expected, but after having a series of heavy, great dinner in restaurants in the city, we did not need so rich breakfast, anyway. The location was great; only a few minutes walk from Place de la Comedy; ~5 minutes from railway station; calm. In the first day, I did not why, room cleaning was done in very late time (later than 3 p.m.), but in the following...

「深夜到着を事前連絡し、二つのドアの暗証番号を教えてもらっていました。予定到着時間を過ぎていたのですが、フロントスタッフの方は、”待っていましたよ”、と笑顔で迎えてくれました。チェックインの印象でホテルの滞在が気持ちいいか否かが決まると思います。これに限らず、他のスタッフも親切でした。ホテル自体は住宅街にひっそり、、という感じに建ち、とても静かな環境でした。 良いと思います。」

「Beautiful, well maintained property. Our room was wonderful and the views were incredible. All of the staff are delightful and helpful. The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes. Loved our stay and will return. 」

「My stay in Montpellier was very good. This hotel the room was very clean and comfortable, bed was soft and big . There was a great view from the window . The bath room was very big and many great amenities , the hotel staffs were so kind and warm . They let me to check in earlier and when I asked to them to call a taxi they did to me very quickly. The location was great, you can go any places from the hotel . Safe and central place . I would recommend if you stay in Montpellier.」

「The reception staffs were so friendly and kind! Although it was a very short stay at the hotel, I had a comfortable stay. I asked for a taxi to go to the airport. The taxi driver was friendly and I enjoyed the conversation. I am very thankful to the staffs.」
