Wonderful location near the beach

Wonderful location near the beach and many restaurants. Good breakfast. Some renovation might be needed here and there, but overall a very nice stay.

Lovely Hotel in a Great Location

Lovely hotel room and staff in a great location directly onto the Marina and a few minutes walk to the beach. Loads of restaurant options and felt very safe. Taxi ride into Montpellier was circa €35/40 same for airport via Uber. Would stay again.

Still my favorite hotel in LGM

The Mercure Hotel has a great location and is a nice and quiet hotel. It is dated but still fairly acceptable. We really enjoy their people and the restaurant is very good. Breakfast in the mornings is good but repetitive. It could use some variation of the buffet or maybe offer a menu for persons staying there for a long time.

The tv had no English channels not even bbc news was available. The tv had to remain switched on in order to keep the WiFi connection, so not very eco efficient. Overall a lovely room with a fantastic view. There was some building work to create emergency staircase but in the 10 days we were there no work was done and garden area was fenced off for this work and the general garden was tatty in appearance.

Location was good great view of the marina. But let down by age of the decor. needs urgent update/refurbishment to modern standards and eco friendly. Staff were nevertheless helpful.

Great location. Next to the marina, and lots of restaurants. However during my stay the parking lot was under repair. Had to park on the street. It is not easy when you are a stranger to a country you don't want to make parking mistakes and at the time of my check in I don't think I received proper attention for the parking. Had to pay a lot, and besides that the stress of goint back and forth to the parking machine is quite stresfull.

a real disappointment

The hotel seems to have seen better days. The staff was very friendly. Our room (first floor, no 114) was very poor. A shower that does not work well, paper cups instead of real coffee cups, a fridge that almost fell apart, a fitted carpet that did not look really hygienic. Is this stardard of a 4 star hotel? No, not really. The balcony was lovely, beautiful view on the port.

Chambre inchangée depuis 15 ans. Tout est détérioré, tâché, vétuste. Le prix de la chambre est exorbitant par rapport à l état. ( l installation des sanitaire date de l origine de l hôtel. Inadmissible pour un prix pareil. La salle du petit déjeuner est sale. Les baies vitrées sont dégoûtantes, la bas des vieux papiers peints complètement détérioré. Bref, à fuir.

Un séjour très agréable et bénéfique.

J'ai passé un séjour de 2 nuits très satisfaisants. Presque tout était bien, l'emplacement face au port de la mer, la chambre pas trop petite était agréable, grand écran de télé, bouilloire avec ses sachets de café, thé et tisanes, le lit confortable, salle de bains & toilettes fonctionnelles. Parlons du balcon qui est discret car il protège de la pluie et des regards indiscrets et en même temps on peut voir la belle vue du port tout en buvant une boisson autour de la petite table. Le petit déjeuner varié & de bonne qualité est un délice de bonnes choses. Le personnel est très attentif et agréable à nos besoins. Tout près de l'hôtel : une très belle plage, des boutiques, des restaurants, des supermarchés, des fast-food, des jeux d'attractions etc....... Passons aux choses négatives : Il est temps de changer la moquette du couloir et de certaines chambres, elle est très tâchée et usée. Le petit frigo ne refroidit presque pas.

Le personnel parfait Le lieu bien situé tout se fait a pied port plage restaurants. L hotel propre mais vraiment un coup de rafraichissement , les moquettes vieilles et tachees, les bois des meubles tout abîmé, les robinetteries laissent a desirer pour un 4 etoiles c est tout vieillot .
