「Hôtel super propre, agréable à y vivre. Chambre avec cuisine commune mais cela suffisait le temps de notre passage à Montpellier. Chambre faite tous les jours et personnel très sympathique. Quartier calme et facile d'accès. Je recommande」

「The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and...

「外出時、内側から鍵がかかってしまって中に入れなくなってしまった。am0時で受付もいなく、隣のオズインホテルと同系列だったのでそちらに対応してもらいました。結局朝まで対応出来ないということになりましたが、代わりにオズインホテルに泊まっても良いよと言って頂き泊めさせてもらいました。大変助かりました。」
