Le personnel à l’accueil a pu changer rapidement ma chambre mais je me retrouve dans une chambre où la clé ne fonctionne pas et sans papier toilette. Le petit déjeuner est à peine correct pour 14€. Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles c’est décevant globalement."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information. Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan. The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns. "
