Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, amazing location moments walk from the amphitheater and excellent breakfast (free for children!). Rooms need some modernising but they were clean and comfortable.

2 nights there for the nîmes archery tournament. Nice hotel in the city center, nice and helpful people there. Getting a bit old.

Not at the level...

Very old hotel, how can they get the Novotel label... There was a smell of cigarette in the corridor and sometimes in the room. Luckily they start a renovation that is really necessary!

L'hôtel est très bien situé juste a côté de arène. Le check in était parfait avec de l'avance et une chambre plus grande. Les personnels du restaurant du soir était parfait La seule chose à améliorer est la qualité de petit déjeuner, très décevante au niveau de la qualité et la variété. Les œufs brouillés était comme de faux œufs (poudre), les pancakes et les crêpes sont froids et durs. Le jus d'orange n'est de jus frais mais genre low cost supermarché. Pour un petit déjeuner qui coût 19.90€, c'est très cher, on dirai qu'on est à Ibis - à améliorer svp !

The hotel belongs to a well-known French group and that is a guarantee. Staff was helpful and the laundry was so efficient to get my clothes ready for the day after. My room was quiet and they have a private car park down the lobby. A good address for those who want to stay downtown without spending a fortune

Hotel très pratique pour profiter du centre de Nimes en famille. Propre et personnel attentionné. Les chambres sont un peu anciennes mais renovées de manière correcte sans plus.

Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was man hier und da merkt. Dennoch ist der Service und die Lage super! Man ist sofort im Zentrum und kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Tiefgarage bietet auch für größere Autos genügend Platz, sodass man nicht nebenan parken muss. Nur es gibt keinen Aufzug direkt zur Tiefgarage, man muss immer über die Treppen gehen.

Sejour pro classique : très bien

Personnel à l'accueil (surtout en soirée) bien attentionné, c'est bien agréable (déplacement professionnel). Chambre standard réservée : propre, bonne literie , calme (5eme étage), porte de séparation entrée couloir et chambre, produit sdb shampooing et gel douche Rituals. Petite bouilloire et petit frigo avec coffre fort. Bon emplacement et proche parking public Les Arenes. Hotel dispose dun parking mais tres limite en capacité. Points d'amélioration : moquette usée, (perso je préfère un sol stratifié pour s'affanchir des éventuels acariens...), la douche avec boutons cassés. Pas de miroir grossissant. Petit dejeuner correct classique accor hotel. Comparé à un autre novotel Atria celui de Nimes requierait un rafraichissement... d'où 4 étoiles/5
