「There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

「Exactly as advertised. It's a bit more than a hotel room but less than hotel suite. Easy in and out. Quick responses from the owner. If you're in town for longer than 2 days I would definitely recommend. 5/5 would stay here again.」

「Excellent customer service. Someone else took my parking spot, and they handled it as best they could. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. The mattress was very soft, and the soap dispensers were broken. However, those were the only issues; I will stay again.」

「The apartment is adorable and very comfortable. There was a hot water issue which was taken care of right away. The people upstairs where walking around in boots (?) late at night and early morning.
