「The hotel looks really nice and the rooms are spacious my only complaint is that we don’t have hot water at night or in the morning at best we showered the water luke before it came out freezing」

「The Manager, John, gave me and my Son outstanding customer service, our room was clean and our bed was comfy, and the waffles in the morning were delicious. We plan on staying here again.」

「近くに沢山レストランがあるので立地は良いので、いつも快適に利用させて頂いてます。 ただ今回はコインランドリーが壊れていて とても不便でした。 」

「室内プールとジャグジーの雰囲気がいい」

「Enjoyed our stay!」

「The staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious, too. The entrance to the parking lot was a little bit hard to find. Thank you for borrowing me the Costa Rican bottle opener.」

「Room was great just didn't like that it had an adjoining room connected and it does not say that when you book the room. Also shower and sink water very oily not sure what that is about but was not satisfied with that. Then my card was overcharged and to resolve the issue took some days. Manager handled well but never got an explanation on why I had multiple charges. But I did get a refund. But I dont think I would return because of the water and very noisy all night doors slamming at all hours」

「I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again.」
