"The place has a mold problem. There's birds and squirrels living in the attic. I have allergy's some and the place gave me a sinus infection. They need to do some serious remediation! It smells like a 150 year old farm house."

The smoker and grill were a bonus feature and allowed us to smoke our Thanksgiving Day turkey and grill steaks the next day. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare the rest of our meals. We enjoyed the fire pit, hammock and one of us even braved a kayak in 40 degree weather! Very peaceful and quiet…just what we were looking for. "
