Our room was clean, spacious with beautiful balconies that are looking down right on the plaza Da Armas, of our favorite Isla, which is still beautiful! Their stuff is amazing, customer service is excellent, atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! I will be happy to come back and gladly recommended hotel Armas as wonderful stay!"

"Staff was more than accommodating and they work hard to keep the grounds up. No it’s not 5 star luxury, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and what’s more my teenagers were entertained. Spent my evenings with a pina colada on the beach"

"Nice location and nice pool area. Convenient to the small, protected beach. We had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night due to a loud bass sound that maintenance said is the sound of the restaurant reclaimer (or something like that) that doesn’t get turned off until ~1am and on again ~5am. It was directly above our tenth floor room and was a terrible, deep sound. Our first encounter with staff sounded like she thought we were lying about it. For the cost of the room, we expected an entirely better experience and less condescending staff."
