「I want to emphasize that I would stay here again. But also - if we had not been a group of New Englanders, we would have run into a lot of trouble. My group of 6 friends stayed several days in January. A major winter storm was in the forecast. No problem - two people driving in brought snow shovels for their own cars, we bought some extra supplies in case the power went out. 「We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach.」

「We loved this location. The views are exceptional; the short walk everywhere makes this a place I want to return to. I gave you an overall 4 stars due to the condition of the couch. It was very saggy, too low to the floor, and uncomfortable. As the only seating other than the dining chairs, it would make sense for you to have it replaced.」

「This was a perfect location for a weekend away. Close to Portsmouth for meals and shopping. In Rye- tasty restaurants and many ways to assess the ocean. Unit had room space for two of us, ocean views, deck with seating, and clean space. Owner has a separate check in process and lease agreement that does not match Vrbo’s information.」
