「Very nice and safe place」

「No issues getting in and out. The place seems new or newly renovated. Everything is clean and comfortable. Walls a tiny bit thin- I could hear the neighbors kids in the hallway but other than that I’d stay here again! 」

「The Stavrand is an exceptional property; right away it is noticeable how the staff cares about their patrons. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is an easy drive to any winery and walkable to downtown Guerneville for food and drink; be sure to hit up the local bank turned into an ice cream shop! 」

「歴史ある建物をきれいにメンテナンスしているロマンチックなホテルです。部屋にはスイッチひとつでオンオフができる暖炉があり、肌寒い夜には実際に重宝しました。夕方にはワインとオードブルのウェルカムがあり、また朝食も美味しかったです。ホテルから徒歩圏内にレストラン、ワイナリーのテイスティングルームが沢山あります。」

「The location is fantastic, with a spectacular view on the lake if you choose a lakeview. A very genuine welcome from The Ranch team, with all detailed explanations, a map to help you to navigate around. For our first time going camping, we want definitely to come back there !」

「Nice room」

「Fabulous cabins, great sun exposure (but shade if desired) and perfect continental breakfast. The staff couldn’t be friendlier! The only rub is dog related. Very dog friendly but there are only 3 dog cabins and $100 fee…pretty extreme for one night. There is literally zero additional cleaning involved and I doubt the cleaners get it anyway. Additionally, dogs can’t be left in the room unattended. I think a pet damage deposit would be more appropriate, but I don’t own the place. Will probably...

「Check-in was friendly and quick. Premises was neat and clean! Beds were very comfy! Breakfast was very good.😊 Cinnamon rolls outstanding!」

「Highland Dell is a lovely old lodge overlooking the beautiful Russian River. The host were friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant. Our schnitzel was excellent and the house-made apple strudel is unsurpassed! I keep thinking about it. The breakfast included with the room is the best, by far, I have had at a hotel. Try the pastries. The rooms are VERY small, but nice, like in the old days when people didn't have as much stuff. Get over it....

「We had a great time at The Ruse. This was the best stay we had on our California road trip! Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The groundskeeper, both front desk workers, and chef for breakfast specially went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible. 」
