「Ein toller Aufenthalt!!! Diese Region und dieses Hotel sind eine Reise wert.」

「Nice place, free pool entrance, kids club Minus - the sofa very uncomfortable Happy with stay and services, just the bed quality was not good.」

「A boutique accommodation in a beautiful setting with charming rooms and a wonderful onsite restaurant.」

「Hotel was amazing, location, service, parking, all great, very modern with a feel of being part of the great castle. My biggest issue was no AC, I don’t want to sound like a spoiled American, BUT, it got hot, me and two teenagers, I opened a window we turned the fan on, it was ok, but the window had no screen, WHY!!!!!, a bee flew into our room, my kids saw it but didn’t tell me, I turned the lights off, called it a night, BAM!!!, my daughter got stung, she’s allergic to a lot of things but...

「Good」

「Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming」

「für2-3 Nächte okay」

「Basic nice place. Friendly staff in the restaurant. You have to Pay extra for using the spa/welness. The Golf Course "Marshall" yelled at us, all because we took a slow walk outside. We did not disturb anyone. Very bad attitude from his side. We did not feel welcome at all. We will stay i a different hotel next time.」

「Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, just the room isolation was poor, temperature adjusted as needed, very good and tasty breakfast」
