「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「This has to be one of my favourite places to stay. I brought my husband , daughter and granddaughter. Many choices of pools, the staff were absolutely amazing and the accommodation were just perfect with a pool outside. My granddaughter has a new favourite place . Convenient for the beach ,bars and shops . I would definitely come back again .」

「We spent a week in Sep 2024, in a nutshell it was lovely. Service was great, especially Townie (apologies if misspelled), responsible for breakfast most mornings during our stay. He was great and the breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, excellent value for money (6eur per person if you book for 3+ days). Thanks for everything Caybeach Sun team!」
