「I thought the hotel was quite grand and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I very much enjoyed their thermal spa, pool and gym facilities.」

「Comfortable and stylish hotel in an excellent location near the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very good although it took time to find a member of staff to take our order when we arrived at 7.30am. 」

「A lovely centrally located property which is full of character, from the compact courtyard seating area which was a lovely sun trap in the late afternoons, to the spacious living area and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very attentive and provide comprehensive welcome information and assistance throughout the stay. The town itself is lovely - we wished we could have stayed longer!」
